Question 4: Samsung, LG, Android TV… here’s how to get IPTV running 📺
Step-by-step IPTV setup on Smart TV
Make sure your Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Android TV, etc.) is connected to a stable, fast internet connection.
Choose an IPTV plan that includes the channels you want. You’ll receive a username/password or an M3U link.
Open your TV’s app store:
- Google Play Store on Android TV
- LG Content Store on LG TVs
- Samsung Smart Hub on Samsung TVs
Then search for an IPTV app like TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, or the app recommended by your provider.
Install the app, then launch it from your TV’s home screen.
Insert the M3U URL or login details provided by your IPTV service. The app will load your channel list and VOD library so you can start watching.
Some TVs don't support certain IPTV apps. In that case, you can:
- Use a Firestick, Chromecast, or Android TV box with IPTV installed
- Cast or mirror from your phone or tablet to the TV
